Skiilify Shares Results From Research on the Value of Soft Skills in the AI Era

Skiilify has shared the findings from a new research report titled “AI Won’t Replace You—But Lack of Soft Skills Might: What Every Tech Leader Needs to Know.” The first of an ongoing quarterly series of studies, the research found that nearly all (94 percent) of technology leaders believe resilience and other critical soft skills are required for the future, but many fail to get the proper training required.
